I offer editing services to writers working on the final draft of their manuscript. If it is not your final draft, consider getting someone to critique or beta read for you, as you may end up having to change big parts of your novel (cut out chapters, redesign characters, change the plot) which would render these edits useless. I do various depths of editing, so consider whether you would like:
- Format editing. I will check your manuscript for basic formatting errors, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Surface editing. I will check your manuscript for basic formatting errors, grammar, punctuation, and spelling, as well as cutting out unnecessary sentences/words/phrases.
- Deep editing. I will check your manuscript for basic formatting errors, grammar, punctuation, and spelling, as well as cutting out unnecessary sentences/words/phrases. As well as this, I will restructure problematic sentences for ease of reading.
